Storefronts checkout renders instantly, plus Energy Star filtering and cabinet plan updates

Storefronts checkout now renders instantly instead of showing a loading shell, the HVAC shop adds an Energy Star filter, and Smart Jobs cabinet plans drop filler pieces from the materials list.

The storefronts checkout page previously loaded as a blank shell while data fetched in the background. It now renders with product and pricing information immediately, cutting the perceived wait to zero.

The HVAC systems v3 shop now includes an Energy Star filter. When a job requires qualifying equipment for rebate programs, you can narrow results to certified models. The filter works alongside existing filters for brand, capacity, and efficiency rating.

Smart Jobs cabinet plans no longer include filler pieces in the generated materials list. Fillers are cut on-site and don't need to be ordered, so removing them keeps the list accurate to what actually ships.

Confirmed site visits now show edit and photo actions for both pros and managers, so corrections and documentation can happen after the visit is complete.

Equipment history tracks every deploy and recover, plus kit fulfillment improvements

Equipment detail now shows the full deploy and recover history with tech notes, and kits ship from one distribution center that carries the entire order.

The equipment detail dialog now includes a timeline of every deploy and recover event, with the technician's notes attached to each. If a unit has moved between locations or been swapped out, you can see the full chain without digging through separate records.

Kit orders now ship from a single distribution center that stocks every item in the kit. Previously, a kit could split across facilities, which meant staggered deliveries and partial shipments arriving at different times.

Storefront mobile shoppers get a back-to-shopping link in the filters panel, and the page no longer overflows on smaller screens. Property info now shows for pros on project and phase detail pages.

Start offer flow redesigned as a modal, and field locations can span offices

The start offer flow is now a modal instead of a full-page redirect, and a field location can belong to more than one office.

Starting a new offer no longer navigates you away from your current page. The flow opens as a modal, so you keep your context and can get back to what you were doing faster. The modal also loads quicker than the previous full-page flow.

Field locations are no longer locked to a single office. A shared stockroom, a common area, or any location that serves multiple offices can now belong to all of them, and inventory tracked there is visible to each office's team.

Scoped API tokens and standalone Pro checkout

API integrators can generate scoped tokens for each environment, and checkout now offers standalone Pro and Ship-to-Pro fulfillment options.

API tokens are no longer all-or-nothing. You can generate scoped tokens for your production and development environments, each limited to the endpoints you actually use. Tokens can be refreshed without downtime and revoked individually if one is compromised.

Checkout now offers a standalone Pro option for professional-grade products and a Ship-to-Pro fulfillment path that routes directly to a contractor's location. Both options appear automatically when the order qualifies.

On the Field side, failed restock cards now name the specific part that caused the failure, and office managers can triage stuck restocks directly from the queue instead of escalating.

Improvements

  • HVAC shoppers can add a product to a matchup by hand, and selected options now survive to the order
  • Command palette shows a real name for assets that have no serial number
  • Property import accepts occupancy status

Return requests now appear on the order page

When a return request is submitted on an order, it now appears on the order detail page so you can track its status without contacting support.

The order detail page now shows active return requests in the line items and the order header. Property managers and residents can see whether a return was submitted and what its status is, without contacting support.

The filter rows on the Orders page have been consolidated into a single cascading menu, with fewer clicks to narrow a large order list.

  • A product in the bin-request approval queue that cannot be ordered now shows the real blocker instead of a green Available badge with no product name.

Field inventory tools upgraded, plus order status in the API

The Field receive queue is now filterable and sortable, the restock picker names what is holding a part back, and a new endpoint returns order status directly.

Filter and sort the Field receive queue

The receive queue can now be filtered by receipt status and timeframe, and sorted, so it is easy to find a specific item in a busy location without scrolling the full list.

Restock picker shows what is holding a part back

When a pending order has a part reserved, the restock picker now names that order instead of marking the part unavailable with no explanation. The picker also no longer shows a stocked-up message when parts are actually held by another order.

GET /orders/{id} on the public API

Integration partners can now fetch an order's current status with a lightweight endpoint, without pulling the full order record.

The paint shop now saves your most recent color and sheen selection, so you do not need to reselect them on each visit. The color, sheen, and quantity pickers were also repositioned for a cleaner flow.

2 improvements and 5 fixes

Improvements

  • The product search API now supports filtering by seller, returns actual product categories, and supports pagination.
  • The search input's clear button now appears whenever there is text to clear, and add-product tray button labels are consistent across the app.

Fixes

  • When a cancellation request is denied because the order is too far along, the email now explains why instead of routing to generic support copy.
  • A phase status change in the project activity log no longer appears as completed; it now shows the actual status that was set.
  • A bug blocking field technician login to the Sibi Field app has been fixed.
  • Clicking an invite link you have already accepted now redirects to login instead of an error page.
  • Deleting a saved list now redirects normally instead of leaving the destination page frozen.

Add supplies and extra products to a paint order

Pros and property managers building a paint job can now add manufacturer-recommended supplies and any product from the full paint catalog to the same order.

Paint orders previously included only the curated picks for a job. You can now add manufacturer-recommended supplies such as primer, tape, brushes, and compound directly alongside those picks. A full catalog search is also available to include any product the curation leaves out, without placing a separate order.

1 improvement and 2 fixes

Improvements

  • Users without a saved payment method attempting a paid action are now shown a prompt to add a credit card, with a direct path to do so.

Fixes

  • Staff-priced custom labor entries no longer appear in the labor catalog for non-staff users.
  • Navigating directly to a specific settings tab via a deep link now reliably opens that tab, even when feature flags are still resolving on page load.
  • Offers

Create an offer for any property, HVAC coverage itemized by product

Offers can now be created for any property regardless of whether a resident is on file, and the HVAC marketplace now shows each product's coverage individually.

Create an offer without a resident on file

The offer contact step now asks for a contact directly, independent of the property's resident record. Offers for new or vacant properties are no longer blocked, and the contact entered is not assumed from whoever happens to be on file as the resident.

Itemized coverage in the HVAC offer marketplace

Each product card in the HVAC offer marketplace now lists its own coverage individually, so you can see what each product covers without parsing a combined line. Product ordering is now consistent across the marketplace, product pages, and checkout.

When an Encompass model requires selecting a factory variation before parts load, the results panel now shows a clear prompt explaining this, instead of an empty list with no explanation.

8 fixes

Fixes

  • Selecting a color for a paint product in a Smart Job now enables Add to order on the first pick, without needing to reselect the same color.
  • Manually corrected system specs in the Order Assistant are no longer discarded when the system type is changed mid-flow.
  • The Properties list search now waits for typing to settle before sending a new search, removing visible flicker on every keystroke.
  • Checkboxes now show a visible focus ring when navigated by keyboard, matching the behavior on buttons and inputs.
  • Select fields in Smart Jobs intake forms now show the correct label instead of a raw internal value.
  • A logo set in org settings now appears correctly on all pages, including two profile pages that previously read from an older field.
  • Canceling a restock order now removes it from the queue so its products can be requested again immediately.
  • A sub-order cancellation no longer sends a cancellation email or marks the whole order canceled when other items are still being fulfilled.
  • Field

Export field templates as CSV

Field admins can now download templates as CSV from the templates list or a single template, edit them in a spreadsheet, and re-import.

Export field templates as CSV

You could import a template from a spreadsheet but had no way to get one back out. Download all templates as a single CSV from the templates list, or one template from its detail page. Each file carries the columns the importer reads, so you can review, edit, and re-import without rebuilding it by hand.

Manager invoices show off-platform materials

The Smart Jobs invoice preview left out ad-hoc materials bought off the platform, so the preview total came in under what the real invoice would bill. The preview now includes an off-platform materials line, and the total reflects it.

1 improvement and 1 fix

Improvements

  • Smart Jobs phase checkout now opens in a new tab, so you can order and return to the phase page without losing your place.

Fixes

  • Changing a phase's distribution center in Smart Jobs no longer shows a false error or a stale center when the change actually saved.
  • Field

Field leaderboard cards say what they rank

The engagement leaderboard now labels its cards by what they measure, so you can read a ranking without guessing.

The cards read "Top locations" and "Bottom locations," which never said what put a location at the top. They now read "Highest compliance scores" and "Lowest compliance scores," so the ranking names its own metric.

  • Orders

Readable Encompass part numbers on order details

Order details for Encompass parts now show the readable part number you would use to look one up, instead of the raw internal code.

Readable Encompass part numbers on order details

An Encompass order detail page used to show the part number Sibi sends to Encompass, a raw internal code that was hard to match against an invoice or a call with the parts desk. The order detail page now shows the friendly part number, so you can search for the part, confirm you ordered the right one, and reference it with the supplier.

Fixes

  • Published invoices no longer show zero-amount fee and discount lines, so a real charge is not buried under empty placeholder rows.
  • Field

Field orders route each item on its own, plus reconciliation adjustments

When you order for a Field location, each item now routes to its best available fulfillment on its own, so one item that can't be picked up no longer holds up the rest of the order.

Field orders no longer stall on one unavailable item

Field ordering used to prefer pickup for every item. If a supplier wouldn't hold one product for pickup, the whole order stopped until someone removed that item by hand.

Now each product resolves to the best method available: pickup where it's offered, shipping where it isn't. Anything that can't be fulfilled at all is set aside, and the order summary lists what changed before you check out, so nothing is dropped without you seeing it. You can still change the fulfillment method at checkout.

Reconciliation adjustments in Field

The Adjust count dialog now has a Mark as reconciliation option for org admins. When it is checked, the adjustment is recorded as a reconciliation and left out of compliance and shrinkage scoring, with a required note capturing what was corrected and why. Regular shrinkage and surplus adjustments behave exactly as before.

2 improvements and 2 fixes

Improvements

  • In the HVAC shop, the whole warranty row is now tappable when adding coverage, not just the checkbox. Tap the logo, coverage line, or price to toggle it, with keyboard and screen-reader behavior intact.
  • Switching between the Field Manage tabs now keeps the header and tab bar in place while content loads, instead of briefly blanking to a skeleton. The Equipment tab now matches the others, with a read-only detail view on each row.

Fixes

  • Receipt scans now stay accurate on full-resolution phone photos, returning the correct line items instead of coming back empty or wrong.
  • Scanning an item to identify a product now returns a result quickly instead of silently timing out.
  • Storefronts

Export storefront orders down to the line item

Storefront order exports now include a line-item level CSV alongside the existing order-level report.

Alongside the existing order-level export, you can now download a line-item level CSV for storefront orders. Each line-item row repeats the order-level columns, so you can filter or pivot on individual products without stitching two reports together.

2 fixes

Fixes

  • Warranty orders for coils now classify as a repair instead of a replacement.
  • During onboarding, an unverified email now routes you to the verification step instead of leaving you at a dead end.
  • Orders

Order returns for everyone, plus create a pro at checkout

Anyone can now start an order return from the order page, and the legacy return button has been retired.

The order return flow is now available to all customers. You can start a return directly from the order, and the older return button has been removed in favor of the new flow.

When you distribute an order or check out, you can now create a new pro and attach them on the spot, without leaving to set them up separately first.

1 fix

Fixes

  • Members without Field access now see a clear request-access screen with a way back into the rest of the app, instead of an incorrect no-organization dead end.
  • Field

Create a Field location from anywhere

Starting a new Field location is now an option in the app-wide Create new menu, wherever you are in Sibi.

Setting up a location meant navigating into Field before you could begin. It now sits in the Create new menu alongside orders, invites, and properties.

A location also takes more than one assignee. Handing a truck to a second tech no longer means creating it, then going back to assign again.

4 fixes

Fixes

  • Submitting checkout without a required PO Number now scrolls to that field instead of failing quietly.
  • The Field Templates tab renders what loaded instead of a full error screen when part of the underlying data fails.
  • The Your Pros page shows a plain empty state instead of a table with column headers and no rows.
  • Laundry appliance recommendations in Smart Jobs return correct matches again.
  • Orders

See what a warranty actually covers

Asset warranty coverage now returns the terms as the manufacturer states them, exclusions included, instead of a one-word label.

Coverage came back as a single label like Parts or Labor. That flattened the real terms and left exclusions nowhere to live, so anyone reading the field could not tell a policyholder what was actually covered.

Coverage now returns the description as the manufacturer states it, exclusions included.

2 improvements and 1 fix

Improvements

  • Duplicate order detection now also checks the PO number, so genuinely repeated orders stop getting held while true accidental duplicates are still caught.
  • In test mode, the first Review Order call provisions a test payment method when the account has none, so integration developers can test card orders end to end without a production card.

Fixes

  • Receiving a restock order now credits a catalog bin rather than a duplicate scanned-item bin.

Select PPG paint colors through the products and order APIs

Integration partners can now read each tintable PPG product's available colors, specify one when creating an order, and see the ordered color on the resulting line item.

Building a paint ordering flow on Sibi's API used to mean guessing at color, because the products API did not expose what a tintable SKU could be tinted to. Each tintable PPG product now returns its color options by name and hex value, the order review and create endpoints accept and require a color for tinted paint, and a placed order's line items record the color that was ordered.

This brings paint ordering over the API in line with what the web checkout already shows.

HVAC recommendations account for the property's fuel type

The default system recommendation drew on square footage, year built, and region only, so an all-electric property could come back matched to a gas split system. Fuel type is now part of the default matchup.

Field import review is now a full page

Reviewing an imported location or template file moved from a dialog to a full page, with match-type tabs and counts, bulk multiselect that applies minimum and maximum quantities together, and clearer status, SKU, and confidence columns. An unfinished review is preserved instead of discarded when you close it.

A SKU search in the wrong shop now shows the product

When a search resolves to exactly one product in a different shop, the empty state shows that product's card with its image, title, and SKU, linking straight to the product page. Previously it offered only a button to switch shops.

1 improvement and 1 fix

Improvements

  • The Field Locations page keeps its filters visible while the table scrolls beneath them, makes tags sortable, and stacks the bulk-action bar full width on mobile instead of compressing it onto one line.

Fixes

  • Footer buttons in the HVAC and Paint shops no longer overlap or overflow at laptop window widths between roughly 1120 and 1400 pixels.

Return several items from an order in one request

You can now select several items from an order, each with its own condition and quantity, and send them as a single return request.

Returning several items from one order used to mean repeating the entire flow, once per item. The return dialog now supports multi-select, with condition and quantity set per item, and sends everything as one request.

Order API and webhooks identify who placed the order

Order API responses and order webhook payloads now include the name and email of the person who placed the order. Integration customers can attribute an order to a specific requester on their own side without a separate lookup.

Field Order Tools checkout validates pickup up front

A single ship-only item used to fail the whole cart with an error and no way forward. Checkout now flags any item that cannot be picked up at the selected pickup store and offers a one-click remove, then holds that validated store through to checkout.

1 improvement and 2 fixes

Improvements

  • The downloadable example files for a bulk Field import now lead with SKU and product name, and drop an internal product ID column that admins had no way to fill in.

Fixes

  • Printing an inventory checklist from a field location no longer renders behind the app sidebar, so the title and product names stay readable on screen and in the printout.
  • Pasting a full product name into the Field Add material search now returns matches right away, instead of showing an empty dropdown until you close and reopen it.
  • Integrations

Products API adds multiple images and units of measure

The products API now returns multiple product images and full units of measure with conversions.

The products API now returns an images array for each product, with the primary image first, so an integration can show every image and diagram a product has instead of a single thumbnail.

Products also expose their available units of measure and conversion factors, such as how much a box or pallet covers. That is what you need to calculate order quantities for materials like flooring directly from the API.

3 fixes

Fixes

  • GE order tracking no longer breaks when GE's system returns an error in place of order details.
  • Parts search now resolves a bare part or model number to the right result on the first search.
  • The developer portal now has a logout button.

Invoiced order line items now show full product details

Invoiced order line items now show the full product name, description, and image instead of a bare SKU, with square footage shown for per-piece invoicing.

Invoiced order line items used to resolve to a bare SKU. They now show the full product name, description, and image. When a partner invoices by the piece but the order was placed by the box or square foot, the line also shows the equivalent square footage next to quantity, so you can reconcile what you were invoiced for against what you ordered.

Empty or missing values in any table across Sibi, including Buscar, now show as a dash instead of blank space, so it reads as no data rather than a rendering bug.

3 fixes

Fixes

  • Long product names in the properties assets table no longer overlap the warranty and fulfillment status columns, they now truncate with an ellipsis.
  • Signup's one-time-code verification step no longer breaks if you tap back mid-verification, and no longer silently invalidates your session.
  • Full refunds now reverse the payout transfers tied to the original payment, keeping payouts correct for payments split across multiple partner orders.

Review bulk Field location imports on any device

Reviewing a bulk Field location import now works on mobile as well as desktop, with bulk select, sortable status, and support for multiple templates per row.

Reviewing a bulk Field location import is now easier on both desktop and mobile. The review screen includes a mobile card view, a desktop table with bulk select and delete, and sortable status with items needing attention pinned first.

It also supports multiple templates per row, instead of one template per row.

4 improvements and 6 fixes

Improvements

  • Component images added to HVAC shop option cards, so you can see what you're buying instead of reading text only.
  • Field order-tools checkout links now prefill the location's own contact, with a picker to choose someone else.
  • Labor scheduling now offers separate time slots for site visits versus installs.
  • Offers now show the contact info saved on the offer itself, even if the customer's account changes later.

Fixes

  • Field inventory restock orders no longer create phantom property assets.
  • Smart Jobs project detail pages no longer overflow the screen on mobile.
  • Product page pricing now matches your cart's live price.

Order tracking page now works for email-only subscribers

Residents who receive order-status emails but don't have a Sibi login can now open the linked tracking page and call the delivery agent directly.

Order tracking page reaches subscribers

The view-only order tracking page previously failed to load for subscriber tokens, the links sent to residents and tenants who aren't Sibi platform users. It now renders correctly and shows the delivery agent's name and phone number, the confirmation number, and a "Call delivery agent" button. There's no cancel button, since subscribers don't own the order.

Bulk Field location templates

Field admins can now apply or remove a bin template across many locations at once, instead of one location at a time. Removing an applied template from a location archives its now-unneeded bins.

3 fixes

Fixes

  • Pending orders now show the same actions as any other order, including Order again and Get support.

Offer checkout no longer dead-ends on calendar errors

Offer checkout now falls back to the nearest available delivery date instead of blocking order placement when the calendar can't find one.

A stale or placeholder delivery method could leave no selectable date on the checkout calendar, blocking the order with no way forward except canceling and starting over. Checkout now falls back to the nearest available date within the same fulfillment method. If the calendar still fails to load, curators see a retry banner instead of a dead end.

Storefront checkout: clearer cart and delivery labels

The Purchase Order Number field in storefront checkout is now optional, so shoppers without a PO number can complete their order instead of getting blocked. Checkout also drops Sibi-internal language: "Add to Truck" is now "Add to Cart" with a cart icon, and the delivery field reads "Requested Delivery Date" instead of "Requested Fulfillment Date."

1 improvement and 1 fix

Improvements

  • Checkout links generated from Field Order Tools now default to store pickup instead of delivery, with the option to switch to delivery still available.

Shop emergency replacements from your home page

When something breaks and can't wait, water heater, HVAC, and appliance replacements are now one click from your home page.

A new Emergency replacements section sits at the top of the home page, above the shop-by-category grid, for the moments when something's broken and can't wait.

Emergency replacements on the home page

Three quick doors, water heater, HVAC, and appliance, take you straight into the right shop. Pick a property and you land in that shop ready to order, with no guessing. Refund status on your orders, plus a redesigned Field feed

You can now see refund status and amount right on an order, without opening a support ticket.

Refunds also appear in the order activity timeline alongside status and cancellation events, so there's a clear record without contacting support. This covers cancellations, returns, and partial refunds.

A cleaner Field location feed

Pending bin approvals and flagged intakes are now pulled into a pinned "Needs your attention" section at the top of a location's feed, sorted oldest first. The rest of the feed is calmed down so color is reserved for what actually needs action, making it easier to tell what's blocking from what's just history.

2 improvements and 1 fix

Improvements

  • When an HVAC matchup comes back with no results, the shop now explains why and offers a one-click way to restore the original recommendation.

Fixes

  • The Getting Started checklist on the Field Locations admin page is now a single list card with a toggle to show or hide it, and it stays hidden once you dismiss it.
  • A banner on the Field Offices page now points admins to support@sibipro.com to request a new office, since offices can't be created in the product yet.

Fixes

  • Large field locations now load their complete bin list. A paging limit was silently cutting off bins past a certain size, so big locations showed an incomplete list with no error.
  • The Acknowledge button on bin-transfer cards in the location feed now works when tapped. It previously did nothing.
  • Adding a bin now allows an identical minimum and maximum quantity, so you can set up a fixed-quantity bin directly.
  • The Orders list stays fast as you load more pages. Load more now fetches only the next page instead of re-fetching every order already shown.

Field org user management redesigned, plus warranty and intake updates

The Field org users and invites screens are redesigned, and manufacturer warranties now register even when a serial number arrives after install.

Redesigned Field org users and invites

New in the API: dimension filtering and actualFulfillmentDate

Integration customers can now filter searchProducts by physical dimensions and pull actualFulfillmentDate directly from the GraphQL API and Firehose.

actualFulfillmentDate is now in the GraphQL API and Firehose

Techs can now add and request inventory themselves, without waiting on a manager.

From the field location, techs submit a bin request directly. The request routes to a manager for approval before the order is placed. Faster capture up front, with manager oversight built in.
  • Platform

Request availability when the HVAC shop can't confirm stock

When inventory data is unavailable, you can request confirmation without leaving the HVAC shop.

Some matchup results show systems without confirmed inventory. A "Request Availability" option surfaces inline when this happens. Submit it and Sibi's team follows up before you need to commit to an order.

1 improvement

Improvements

  • The checkout success page now shows all line items, including covered products. When an order goes through warranty coverage or spans multiple orders, all items now appear on the success page. Previously, covered line items could be missing from the confirmation view. Product search now ranks exact matches first and returns more complete results. Queries that previously came back nearly empty, like '1.5 ton', now surface the right products reliably.
  • Field

See live import progress on a field location

The field location page now shows a progress panel for active inventory imports.

Entries that resolve successfully clear on their own. Any that get stuck or flagged for review can be dismissed directly from the page without navigating away.
1 improvement

Improvements

  • Field managers can now reclassify an ad-hoc bin from the Parts tab. If an item was added as a Part but belongs under Tools or Equipment, the type can be changed directly on the location. The item's name and image carry over.
  • Integrations

Attach your own metadata to orders in the API

Integration customers can now pass key-value metadata into a Sibi order at creation and read it back on Firehose events.

The createOrder and reviewOrder mutations, including the draft variants, and the Checkout UI now accept a custom metadata object. That metadata is returned on the order.updated Firehose event, so your reference IDs, job numbers, or any workflow state travel with the order from creation to fulfillment. No separate lookup table needed.

  • Orders

See why a cancellation request was denied

When a cancellation request is denied, the reason now appears on the order.

Customers and property managers can see the denial reason directly on the order page. Staff can set the reason at the time of denial in Sibi Tools, so the message reaching the customer stays clear and consistent.
  • Orders

Ship an order to any address

At checkout, you can now ship to any address, separate from the property the order is tied to.

Enter a fulfillment address that's different from the install address. Useful when equipment needs to go to a contractor before the job, or any case where delivery and install happen in two places. Works in both checkout and checkout links. Taxes calculate from the fulfillment address.
1 improvement

Improvements

  • Ship to office orders now calculate taxes from the office address, not the property address.
  • Integrations

Add warranty coverage through the ordering API

Warranty coverage can now be added to an order through Sibi's public API, in the same transaction as the equipment.

Pass warranty coverage alongside any product in the ordering API. The warranty fulfills as a separate order, the same way Sibi's own checkout handles AIG warranty purchases today. Customers and partners can now offer coverage directly inside their own ordering flows.

  • Field

See all deployed equipment across your org

Field managers and org admins can now see every piece of deployed equipment across the org in one place.

The equipment page lists every item currently deployed: what it is, which property it's at, and how long it has been out. Filter by office or location tag.
1 improvement

Improvements

  • Parts, tools, and equipment can now be added or removed across field bins in bulk. Previously, bulk bin actions were limited to parts only.
  • Buscar

Searchable filters with include or exclude in Buscar

Report filters are now searchable as you type, and any filter can be set to include or exclude specific values.

Type to search within any filter instead of scrolling a pre-loaded list. Filters on large columns show a search input with selected values as chips. Switch any filter between include and exclude mode to narrow results by exception without selecting everything else.

  • Integrations

Order data webhooks now include vendor and branch name

Partners tracking orders in external systems can now pull vendor and branch data directly from webhooks.

Vendor name and branch name are now included in order data webhook payloads. Partners who use order data to track fulfillment in external systems can pull these fields without a separate request.

3 fixes

Fixes

  • Offer links now display replacement options correctly. A bug was causing the offer page to show only "Preview Credit" with no selectable options.
  • Replacement offerings no longer flash and disappear when a customer views an offer.
  • Offer emails no longer send after the underlying offer is resolved. Customers were receiving follow-up emails for replacements that had already been received and installed.
  • Field

More supplier products now available in Field

New Supplier available in the Field catalog. No separate sourcing needed.

New products are now available when adding materials from a field location. Partner badges display on each line so you can see which supplier is fulfilling each item.

Managers can now see a Bin Intake review queue in Field, surfacing pending and needs-review intake requests before a bin is created.

Template import now available to org admins

Org admins can now run imports directly, without routing through a Sibi team member.

1 improvement and 2 fixes

Improvements

  • Add Material dialogs now support filtering by multiple partners at once.

Fixes

  • Restock orders routed through suppliers fulfillment center no longer fail without surfacing an error.
  • The Confirm Receipt button now updates the Transfers card immediately. Previously a page refresh was required for the status to reflect.
  • Platform

Delivery rescheduling now requires a future date

The current delivery date is no longer selectable when rescheduling.

When rescheduling a delivery, the date already on the order is blocked as a selection. This closes a confusing path where customers used the reschedule flow to confirm an existing date rather than change it.

3 fixes

Fixes

  • Quote approvers can now see the Approve button on orders assigned to them. A permissions issue was hiding the button for some configured approvers, causing orders to sit without action.
  • The order timeline now displays correctly on mobile.
  • The cancellation request modal now shows a validation error when you click Confirm without selecting a reason. Previously nothing happened.
  • Platform

Gated community warnings during checkout

Orders going to gated addresses now surface a warning before you place an order

When an order is going to a gated community address, a warning surfaces during product browse and at checkout, before the order is placed. Previously, these issues weren't flagged until a fulfillment partner encountered them. The warning gives you the chance to confirm access details or coordinate delivery ahead of time.

1 improvement

Improvements

  • Set a distribution network radius for HVAC ordering to control how far Sibi searches for inventory.
  • Buscar

Share a Buscar report with teammates

Share any Buscar report with someone in your org and they'll get an email with a link.

From any report, share it with a teammate by entering their email. They receive a notification with a direct link to the report. If they don't have Buscar access, they're taken to a page to request it.

  • Platform

Refund amounts visible in order payment details

See what was refunded directly on the order. No support request needed.

The refund amount for an order is now visible in the payment details tab. Previously you'd need to check an invoice or contact support to see what was refunded on an order.

1 fix

Fixes

  • Multi-checkout now requires a payment method per order, preventing cards from being misapplied across multiple orders.
  • Offers

Fine-grained offer coverage and markup control

Warranty providers can now choose which products are covered, which are upsold, and set markup per product.

From offer settings, choose whether each product is covered under the claim or surfaced as an upgrade option. Set markup per product and configure additional fees at the product level rather than applying a single rate across the board.

5 improvements

Improvements

  • PPG line items now show the color swatch, name, and sheen level before you place an order.
  • Metric cards, pie charts, line charts, and data tables are now available in Buscar reports. Filters can now span more than one data source within a report.
  • Org-defined tags can now be applied to field locations. Filter the locations list by tag and see Actions Needed counts scoped to the filtered set.
  • Smart Jobs now searches further distribution centers when nothing is found within the standard radius, instead of stopping.
  • Hovering a location's compliance badge now shows how its score breaks down across five criteria. Click the org-level average card to see the full scoring rubric.
  • Field

Admin-controlled restock limits for parts and tools

Set per-bin thresholds so routine items restock automatically and high-value orders route to approval.

Admins can now set per-bin restock thresholds for both Part Bins and Tool Bins. Items under the limit restock automatically. Anything over it routes to an admin for approval before the order is placed.

High-frequency consumables flow through without friction. Higher-cost items get a human checkpoint. Operations teams get spend accountability without slowing down everyday replenishment.

Bulk-order parts from a field location

The Parts tab on any field location supports multi-select ordering. Select one or more parts and place a bulk order in one step.

Add off-platform parts from supplier SKUs

When a tech needs a part that isn't in the Sibi catalog, they can enter a Supplier SKU to create a bin and add the product. The request routes to an admin for approval, and both parties can track status from submission through approval.

Field compliance scores

Compliance scores are visible to field managers and technicians in the Field Admin dashboard. Managers can see scores by location, market, and office. Techs can see their own scores.

  • Platform

Improved order status updates

Order tracking for Suppliers and Gila Cabinets improved in Sibi.

You'll see status move as the order progresses. If anything looks off, flag it to Sibi support.

  • Platform

Omnisearch: faster search, more coverage

Search conversion is up, average search time is down, and the scope now includes assets, offers, and direct actions.

Search now covers assets and offers alongside properties, orders, and products. Recent items surface before you type. Omnisearch supports actions directly: start an order, build a Smart Job, invite a teammate, navigate anywhere on the platform.

  • Platform

Email notifications for cancellation approvals and denials

  • Offers

Migration complete

All offer activity, reporting, and API integrations now run on the updated Offers system.

The migration to the updated Offers system is complete. All activity, reporting, API integrations, and customer-facing actions run through the updated system from this point forward. • Webhooks can now be enabled and disabled without deleting the endpoint. Turn off delivery without losing your configuration.
  • Checkout links now support delivery to any address, not just properties already in Sibi.
  • Platform

Supplier product availability

See whether a Supplier's product is in stock before placing an order.

  • Webhooks now support topic filtering. Subscribe to specific event types instead of receiving everything.
  • PPG products in checkout and multi-checkout now show the color swatch, color name, and sheen level clearly.

The new Sibi app is now publicly available on the App Store and Google Play.

Order subscribers

Add recipients to any order so they receive the same status updates as the primary contact.

Phone numbers now display in one consistent format

Phone numbers across Sibi now render consistently as (XXX) XXX-XXXX instead of raw digit strings, and every product without a photo now shows the same placeholder image.

A contact's phone number, on an order, offer receipt, marketplace contact card, org user list, or Find a Pro, used to show as an unformatted string of digits. Every phone number now renders in the same format, easier to scan at a glance.

Products with no photo used to show blank gaps or inconsistent placeholder images across Field-location dialogs, shop pages, marketplace, and offers. Every product thumbnail now falls back to the same placeholder image.

The section stays visible until all three steps are complete, then can be dismissed.

July 2025 product updates

July 2025 brought Buscar to all admins, added warranty visibility to Smart Jobs, launched Pro Network in beta, and expanded API capabilities for automated order placement.

Buscar

Buscar is now available to Sibi admins. Ask a question in plain language and get a direct answer from your Sibi data. No filters to configure, no dashboards to build. Try: "Show me the top GE Appliance SKUs by market" or "What categories have the most offers sent?"

HVAC matchups

The new Common Distribution Center Availability view shows which supplier can fulfill an entire HVAC system from one location. Select the supplier and apply it in one click, reducing the number of pickups and coordination points.

Active warranty visibility

Sibi now flags appliances under active warranty while you build a Smart Job. A green badge marks covered items with options to file a warranty claim or continue shopping. Click into any asset to see the order date, remaining coverage, and next steps.

Pro Network

Admins can now see their full labor network inside Sibi: which trades each Pro covers, where they operate, and their labor rates and compliance performance. If a rate is not listed, it can be requested directly in the tool. Available in beta.

API integrations

Internal tools can now trigger and track replacement orders through Sibi without manual entry. When claims are approved, orders can place automatically. Asset records update when new items are delivered. Live pricing and specs pull directly into your internal estimates.

Smarter quoting, faster decisions

Smart Jobs takes on HVAC, and Buscar puts the next action right beside what you're looking at.

Two big pushes this month: Smart Jobs takes on its toughest category yet, and Buscar reframes search around the decision you're actually trying to make.

Smart Jobs now handles HVAC

We started Smart Jobs with paint, then appliances. Now the hardest category yet: HVAC. Multi-line quotes, equipment matching, and parts lookup all happen in one flow, so a field tech can scope a full replacement without leaving the job.

Buscar: search built for decisions

Getting to the data was never the problem. Deciding fast was. Buscar surfaces the order, property, or asset you need with the next action right beside it, so you spend less time hunting and more time moving.
