Delivery rescheduling now requires a future date

The current delivery date is no longer selectable when rescheduling.

When rescheduling a delivery, the date already on the order is blocked as a selection. This closes a confusing path where customers used the reschedule flow to confirm an existing date rather than change it.

Fixes

  • Quote approvers can now see the Approve button on orders assigned to them. A permissions issue was hiding the button for some configured approvers, causing orders to sit without action.
  • The order timeline now displays correctly on mobile.
  • The cancellation request modal now shows a validation error when you click Confirm without selecting a reason. Previously nothing happened.
