Create an offer for any property, HVAC coverage itemized by product
Offers can now be created for any property regardless of whether a resident is on file, and the HVAC marketplace now shows each product's coverage individually.
Create an offer without a resident on file
The offer contact step now asks for a contact directly, independent of the property's resident record. Offers for new or vacant properties are no longer blocked, and the contact entered is not assumed from whoever happens to be on file as the resident.
Itemized coverage in the HVAC offer marketplace
Each product card in the HVAC offer marketplace now lists its own coverage individually, so you can see what each product covers without parsing a combined line. Product ordering is now consistent across the marketplace, product pages, and checkout.
When an Encompass model requires selecting a factory variation before parts load, the results panel now shows a clear prompt explaining this, instead of an empty list with no explanation.

- Selecting a color for a paint product in a Smart Job now enables Add to order on the first pick, without needing to reselect the same color.
- Manually corrected system specs in the Order Assistant are no longer discarded when the system type is changed mid-flow.
- The Properties list search now waits for typing to settle before sending a new search, removing visible flicker on every keystroke.
- Checkboxes now show a visible focus ring when navigated by keyboard, matching the behavior on buttons and inputs.
- Select fields in Smart Jobs intake forms now show the correct label instead of a raw internal value.
- A logo set in org settings now appears correctly on all pages, including two profile pages that previously read from an older field.
- Canceling a restock order now removes it from the queue so its products can be requested again immediately.
- A sub-order cancellation no longer sends a cancellation email or marks the whole order canceled when other items are still being fulfilled.
