Reconciliation adjustments in Field, plus scan and tab updates
Field admins can now mark a bin count adjustment as a reconciliation so a data correction does not count against compliance scoring.
The Adjust count dialog now has a Mark as reconciliation option for org admins. When it is checked, the adjustment is recorded as a reconciliation and left out of compliance and shrinkage scoring, with a required note capturing what was corrected and why. Regular shrinkage and surplus adjustments behave exactly as before.
Switching between the Field Manage tabs now keeps the header and tab bar in place while content loads, instead of briefly blanking to a skeleton. The Equipment tab has also been brought in line with the others, with a read-only detail view on each row.

- Receipt scans now stay accurate on full-resolution phone photos, returning the correct line items instead of coming back empty or wrong.
- Scanning an item to identify a product now returns a result quickly instead of silently timing out.
