Vendor name and branch name are now included in order data webhook payloads. Partners who use order data to track fulfillment in external systems can pull these fields without a separate request.

Fixes

• Offer links now display replacement options correctly. A bug was causing the offer page to show only "Preview Credit" with no selectable options.
• Replacement offerings no longer flash and disappear when a customer views an offer.
• Offer emails no longer send after the underlying offer is resolved. Customers were receiving follow-up emails for replacements that had already been received and installed.

Lowe's products are now available when adding materials from a field location. Templates can include Lowe's items. Partner badges display on each line so you can see which supplier is fulfilling each item.

Managers can now see a BinIntake review queue in Field Web, surfacing pending and needs-review intake requests before a bin is created.

Template import now available to org admins

Template import was previously restricted to Sibi staff. Org admins can now run imports directly, without routing through a Sibi team member.

Improvements

• Add Material dialogs now support filtering by multiple partners at once.

Fixes

• Restock orders routed through the Home Depot fulfillment center no longer fail without surfacing an error.
• The Confirm Receipt button now updates the Transfers card immediately. Previously a page refresh was required for the status to reflect.

The scan icon is now built into the tool search input. Point your camera at a barcode to find a tool without typing. This extends barcode scanning to tool search, matching the same capability added to part search earlier this month. Useful in stockrooms and field locations where products are tagged but catalog names vary.

When rescheduling a delivery, the date already on the order is blocked as a selection. This closes a confusing path where customers used the reschedule flow to confirm an existing date rather than change it.

Fixes

• Quote approvers can now see the Approve button on orders assigned to them. A permissions issue was hiding the button for some configured approvers, causing orders to sit without action.
• The order timeline now displays correctly on mobile.
• The cancellation request modal now shows a validation error when you click Confirm without selecting a reason. Previously nothing happened.

When an order is going to a gated community address, a warning surfaces during product browse and at checkout, before the order is placed. Previously, these issues weren't flagged until a fulfillment partner encountered them. The warning gives you the chance to confirm access details or coordinate delivery ahead of time.

Improvements

• Set a distribution network radius for HVAC ordering to control how far Sibi searches for inventory.

The refund amount for an order is now visible in the payment details tab. Previously you'd need to check an invoice or contact support to see what was refunded on an order.

Fixes

• Multi-checkout now requires a payment method per order, preventing cards from being misapplied across multiple orders.

Admins can now set per-bin restock thresholds for both Part Bins and Tool Bins. Items under the limit restock automatically. Anything over it routes to an admin for approval before the order is placed.

High-frequency consumables flow through without friction. Higher-cost items get a human checkpoint. Operations teams get spend accountability without slowing down everyday replenishment.

Bulk-order parts from a field location

The Parts tab on any field location supports multi-select ordering. Select one or more parts and place a bulk order in one step.

Add off-platform parts from a Home Depot SKU

When a tech needs a part that isn't in the Sibi catalog, they can enter a Home Depot SKU to create a bin and add the product. The request routes to an admin for approval, and both parties can track status from submission through approval.

Field compliance scores

Compliance scores are visible to field managers and technicians in the Field Admin dashboard. Managers can see scores by location, market, and office. Techs can see their own scores.

Status updates for these partners now publish to the order automatically, in near real time. No manual check-ins or follow-up required. You'll see status move as the order progresses. If anything looks off, flag it to Sibi support.

JCI freight fees

Freight pricing for JCI orders is now calculated by distance to the distribution center. Under 30 miles: $25. Over 30 miles: $150. Costs are visible before checkout.

Search now covers assets and offers alongside properties, orders, and products. Recent items surface before you type. Omnisearch supports actions directly: start an order, build a Smart Job, invite a teammate, navigate anywhere on the platform.

When a cancellation request is approved or denied, the requesting user receives an email with the outcome. The email includes the order reference and a reason when one was provided.

Improvements

• Order detail page now shows more descriptive status labels and reorganized data for easier scanning.

New organizations can sign up, complete a short setup flow, and get fully set up on their own. When setup is submitted, the org, office, properties, user memberships, and shops will be available.

The migration to the updated Offers system is complete. All activity, reporting, API integrations, and customer-facing actions run through the updated system from this point forward. Older offer links redirect automatically. Integrators don't need to take any action. The previous system will be retired shortly.

Improvements

• Webhooks can now be enabled and disabled without deleting the endpoint. Turn off delivery without losing your configuration.
• Checkout links now support delivery to any address, not just properties already in Sibi.

Availability is visible on the product page. If something isn't available, you know before you commit rather than finding out after checkout. Removes a common source of order delays for anyone sourcing from Lowe's through Sibi.

Improvements

• Webhooks now support topic filtering. Subscribe to specific event types instead of receiving everything.
• PPG products in checkout and multi-checkout now show the color swatch, color name, and sheen level clearly.

The Sibi mobile app is now publicly available. From the app, you can place orders, track order status, manage properties and assets, and access your full Sibi account. The mobile experience is built to match what you can do on the web. Teams working away from a desk have full access.

Improvements

• All single-shop orders now use the same updated checkout UI as multi-shop orders, for a consistent experience regardless of cart type.

Best Buy, Lowe's, and Z-Line are now available as replacement options in Offers alongside GE. Toggle shops on per your organization settings.

Manage subscribers directly from the checkout UI before confirming the order. No effect on fulfillment contacts. Property managers can loop in a coordinator, owner, or vendor on a per-order basis without giving them full account access.

"Ordered By" filter on the Orders page

Filter the Orders page to your own orders or orders tied to specific associates. Useful for high-volume teams where the full list is long.

HVAC matchups

The new Common Distribution Center Availability view shows which supplier can fulfill an entire HVAC system from one location. Select the supplier and apply it in one click, reducing the number of pickups and coordination points.

Active warranty visibility

Sibi now flags appliances under active warranty while you build a Smart Job. A green badge marks covered items with options to file a warranty claim or continue shopping. Click into any asset to see the order date, remaining coverage, and next steps.

Pro Network

Admins can now see their full labor network inside Sibi: which trades each Pro covers, where they operate, and their labor rates and compliance performance. If a rate is not listed, it can be requested directly in the tool. Available in beta.

Getting to the data was never the problem. Deciding fast was. Buscar surfaces the order, property, or asset you need with the next action right beside it, so you spend less time hunting and more time moving.

Paint and appliance orders for the same property can be combined in a single workflow. Teams using Smart Jobs are completing orders up to 53% faster.

HVAC matchups

Choose tonnage, cabinet width, and setup preferences to find AHRI-matched HVAC systems. Built-in checks help avoid configuration errors, including refrigerant transitions like R454. Each system shown includes availability indicators so you can plan around lead times before ordering.

AIG warranty at checkout

Add AIG warranty coverage to HVAC purchases at checkout. Coverage can be set as required so it applies automatically to every HVAC order without extra steps.

GE Small Appliances shop

The GE Small Appliances shop is now live on Sibi. Order small kitchen appliances directly from GE Appliances.

Real-time GE cancellations

Processed GE Appliances orders can now be cancelled in real-time. Cancellation is instant, fulfillment stops immediately, and the update reflects in the system right away — including weekend and after-hours requests.

Asset age tracking

Asset age is now displayed on both property and asset detail pages. Use it to plan replacement cycles, identify high-risk equipment approaching end of life, and schedule maintenance based on typical equipment lifespans.

Order savings statistics

The Orders tab now shows a spending overview for the last 7 days. On each Order Detail Page, you can also see the estimated savings for that order based on market prices.

Improved offer product search

Filters are now available on the offer page to help research agents find comparable replacement products faster. Filter by the specifications you need to narrow results without scrolling through the full catalog.

Sibi API

Connect your internal tools to Sibi through the API. Automate ordering, sync maintenance workflows, and trigger actions in Sibi directly from your existing software. Early access available at sibipro.com/api.

Properties page

The properties page has been redesigned. Sort and customize which columns are displayed, view all property details and asset information from the detail page, and favorite properties you access frequently for quick access from the homepage.

Product recommendations

Frequently purchased companion products now appear at the bottom of each product page, making it faster to complete an order without searching separately.

Return requests

Once an order is marked Delivered, you can select Return Product to initiate a return. The Sibi team is notified and will follow up based on the manufacturer's return policy.

Improved GE Appliances service selection

Select from install, disconnect, or disposal service options and Sibi will apply the right services to your order. Click What's Included for a breakdown of what each service covers.

Global search

Search for properties, orders, or products from any page using the search bar in the header. Keyboard shortcut: CMD+K on Mac, CTRL+K on Windows.

New home page

The home page now shows your latest updates, recent properties, quick store access, and recent orders you can reorder to any property in one click.

Invoices

View, search, and export invoices for GE Appliances and PPG Paints orders from the Invoice page. Search by invoice number, address, or date.

Order again

Recent orders appear on the home page. Click Order Items Again, select a property, and add items to your cart.

Cancellation requests

Request a cancellation from the order detail page before an order reaches In Transit status. Select the reason, confirm, and you'll receive an email when it's processed.

Properties page

The properties list now includes more recently interacted properties, with owner, office, and unit ID visible at a glance.

Compliant product search

The search bar now works while the Compliant Products filter is active. Search by SKU, title, color, or category within your compliance list.
