December 2024 previewed Buscar and Smart Jobs, launched SendIt for email-based ordering, refreshed the order detail page, and updated the Offers platform with financing and automated reminders.

Smart Jobs calculates how much paint you need for a job based on property details, reducing over-ordering and returns. Launching early 2025, with appliances, HVAC, and flooring to follow.
Offers updates
The offer detail page has been redesigned for a clearer view of how orders are created, including primary contacts and fulfillment methods. Policyholders can now use financing for purchases over $50. Automated reminder emails can be configured for outstanding offers. Order confirmation emails now include item prices and applied credits.
GE Small Appliances shop
The GE Small Appliances shop is now live on Sibi. Order small kitchen appliances directly from GE Appliances.

- Substitutions and exceptions are now flagged on order pages so your team can spot changes at a glance.
- A date column is now available to sort orders by date.
- An office filter makes it easier to manage orders across multiple offices.
- Substitution icons now appear on GE Appliances and Carrier product pages when an alternative is available.
- GE Appliances will automatically substitute out-of-stock items with a comparable product of equal or greater value, with a refund for any price difference.
- Carrier will offer a similar product or the same item from another brand when an item is out of stock.
- Carrier and York are transitioning from R-410A to R-454B refrigerant across their HVAC product lines.
