July 2025 product updates

July 2025 brought Buscar to all admins, added warranty visibility to Smart Jobs, launched Pro Network in beta, and expanded API capabilities for automated order placement.

Buscar

Buscar is now available to Sibi admins. Ask a question in plain language and get a direct answer from your Sibi data. No filters to configure, no dashboards to build. Try: "Show me the top GE Appliance SKUs by market" or "What categories have the most offers sent?"

HVAC matchups

The new Common Distribution Center Availability view shows which supplier can fulfill an entire HVAC system from one location. Select the supplier and apply it in one click, reducing the number of pickups and coordination points.

Active warranty visibility

Sibi now flags appliances under active warranty while you build a Smart Job. A green badge marks covered items with options to file a warranty claim or continue shopping. Click into any asset to see the order date, remaining coverage, and next steps.

Pro Network

Admins can now see their full labor network inside Sibi: which trades each Pro covers, where they operate, and their labor rates and compliance performance. If a rate is not listed, it can be requested directly in the tool. Available in beta.

API integrations

Internal tools can now trigger and track replacement orders through Sibi without manual entry. When claims are approved, orders can place automatically. Asset records update when new items are delivered. Live pricing and specs pull directly into your internal estimates.

Mynd connected their work order system to Sibi and cut replacement times by 48%.

  • ACH payment now in beta. Contact your Client Success Manager to enable it for your organization.
  • Order notes now appear directly on order pages, keeping teams aligned without inbox chasing.
  • AIG warranty coverage can now be added to any HVAC and appliance order on Sibi.
