Add warranty coverage through the ordering API

Warranty coverage can now be added to an order through Sibi's public API, in the same transaction as the equipment.

Pass warranty coverage alongside any product in the ordering API. The warranty fulfills as a separate order, the same way Sibi's own checkout handles AIG warranty purchases today. Customers and partners can now offer coverage directly inside their own ordering flows.
