July 2024 product updates
July 2024 launched a new asset page with warranty tracking and downloadable reports, added always-on compliance mode for admins, and introduced direct order tracking for home warranty customers.
Asset page
A new asset page gives you a complete view of each asset: age, remaining warranty coverage, and key details in one place. Download a full asset report directly from the page.
Compliance mode
Admins can now set compliance mode as always-on for their organization, ensuring users only order products that meet your specifications.
Home warranty order tracking
Home warranty customers can now check the status of their orders directly, without contacting their home warranty company or Sibi. Live chat is available on the Order Tracking Page for additional support.
