See which backordered part is delaying your order, and when
When an Encompass part is backordered, your order now names the part and when it's expected to ship.
See which backordered part is delaying your order, and when
Each backordered part number is listed on the order with its expected ship date, or a note that the distributor hasn't given one yet. Once the part ships, the delay clears from the order on its own.
That gives you something concrete to tell a resident or technician about a stalled repair, without chasing the distributor for an update.
The order agent checks for duplicates before it orders
Before placing an order, the order agent now looks for an order from your organization to the same property with the same products in the last 14 days. If it finds one, it shows when that order was placed and asks the requester to confirm or cancel.
It catches the repeat whether the first order came through the agent or was placed by hand.
