Smart Jobs reads the property record and your order history, then returns three options per appliance, matched on dimensions, finish and utility hookup.
What happens if an appliance is out of stock?
GE Appliances substitutes a similar model of equal or greater value, matched on color, dimensions and fuel type. If the substitute costs less, you get the difference back.
Can appliances be delivered to a vacant unit?
Yes. Leave a lockbox code for delivery and install. With Signature on File, no one needs to be at the property.
How fast can appliances arrive?
Next-day delivery is available on select GE appliances in 15 major metro areas when you order by noon local time. Sibi shows availability before you order.
Can I add installation and haul-away?
Yes. Add installation and haul-away at checkout. You get one order instead of coordinating the appliance and the labor separately.
Does the unit need to be ready before delivery?
Yes, for installation. The kitchen should be finished (flooring, cabinets, countertops and trim), access should be clear, and utilities and hookups should be on and tested. If the site isn't ready, the delivery may need a second trip.
