Property detail page rebuilt with emergency replacement shortcuts
The property detail page has a new layout with a left rail and an Emergency Replacements shortcut, plus distribution center branding in the Smart Shop and sidebar polish.
The property detail page is rebuilt around a left rail showing address, badges, map, stats, and resident information. A new Emergency Replacements summary row on desktop opens directly into water heater, HVAC, or appliance replacement flows, so managers can start an emergency swap without navigating back to the shop.
The Web Smart Shop now displays the selected distribution center's logo alongside its name, making it easier to confirm which DC you're ordering from before checkout. The project acceptance flow's coach-mark overlay and accept-job banner now stay in sync, so the banner always renders when the overlay calls it out.

- Order detail's Invoiced/Initial order toggle restored to its original white style after a design-system restyle had accidentally changed it to brand-blue
- Route transitions and full-page loaders no longer flash a purple background during loading states
