Catch reactivated orders, plus offer and HVAC shop fixes
Sibi now alerts you when a canceled order gets reactivated, and job-based offers require complete contact information before creation.
Orders sometimes come back to life after cancellation, usually because a supplier reinstates a shipment. Sibi now sends a notification when an order transitions off Canceled status, giving you time to confirm, re-cancel, or adjust before the delivery arrives.
Job-based offers now require a complete primary contact, including name, phone, and email, before creation. Partial contact data previously allowed offers through with gaps that surfaced during fulfillment when communication failed.

- The HVAC shop no longer hides in-stock systems when a non-SEER filter like voltage or phase is active.
- Matchup upsell recommendations now check distribution availability before displaying, so every system shown is one you can actually order.
