PDF attachments now supported on Smart Jobs uploads
Site visit uploads and phase comments now accept PDF attachments, not just images, and the Field location import review screen gets a full redesign.
PDF attachments on site visits and phase comments
Inspection reports, signed forms, and spec sheets are usually PDFs, but site visits and phase comments only accepted images. Both now accept and render PDF attachments alongside photos.
Field location import review redesigned
Reviewing a bulk Field location import is now easier on both desktop and mobile. The review screen includes a mobile card view, a desktop table with bulk select and delete, and sortable status with items needing attention pinned first. It also supports multiple templates per row, instead of one template per row.

- Component images added to HVAC shop option cards, so you can see what you're buying instead of reading text only.
- Field order-tools checkout links now prefill the location's own contact, with a picker to choose someone else.
- Labor scheduling now offers separate time slots for site visits versus installs.
- Offers now show the contact info saved on the offer itself, even if the customer's account changes later.
Fixes
- Field inventory restock orders no longer create phantom property assets.
- Smart Jobs project detail pages no longer overflow the screen on mobile.
- Product page pricing now matches your cart's live price.
- HVAC matchup card footer buttons no longer overflow the card.
- Warranty checkout drops an outdated sales-tax disclaimer.
- Invoiced order view now shows line-item discounts instead of dropping them.
