Read appliance sheen and color straight from the API

Sheen and color now come back as their own fields on appliance products, so you can read them without sifting a generic attribute list.

Appliance attributes arrived as one undifferentiated list, so building a catalog interface meant guessing which entries applied to the category you were rendering.

Sheen and color are now their own fields, scoped to appliances. Paint color still lives in product options rather than attributes.
