How do I order Mohawk flooring through Sibi?
Orders are placed on web.sibipro.com. You'll need a Mohawk account number; if you don't have one, email support@sibipro.com and Sibi will help. Setting up a Sibi account costs nothing. Browse by flooring type, quality tier or price, and choose rolls or cuts.
What flooring does Mohawk offer?
Carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood and tile, across every price tier. Carpet comes as full rolls or cuts sized to the job.
How long does Mohawk delivery take?
Most orders are fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. Orders in California, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada and Pennsylvania may take 7 to 10 business days. Mohawk delivers to warehouses, not job sites, and a forklift must be on hand to unload. Pickup is available at Mohawk distribution centers.
Can Sibi install the new floor and remove the old one?
Yes. Sibi coordinates installation and removal through its labor network. You place the product order, and Sibi handles scheduling and completion.
Can I make sure only approved flooring gets ordered?
Yes. Property owners add products to their compliance list, and turning on the Compliance toggle after entering a property address shows only the products pre-approved for that property.
Is Mohawk flooring tracked by property?
Yes. Every floor is tracked from the factory to the property address, with product specs, install date and warranty terms.
What if Mohawk carpet arrives damaged?
Email support@sibipro.com right away, before installation, with the order number, property address, a short description and photos. Sibi works with Mohawk to resolve it. Mohawk does not offer a traditional product warranty for carpet used in multifamily or rental properties.
